Life can be so hard, and we tend to be even harder on ourselves to “get it right.” At Gentle Rise Counseling, I provide a safe space filled with empathy, validation, and compassion to help you explore what is truly right for YOU in your life and relationships, leaving self-judgment and comparison to others at the door.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker in the Charleston, SC area with over 10 years of experience, helping people navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, life transitions, and relationship issues through a collaborative approach. I utilize various modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques (tapping), Parts Work, Mindfulness/Mind and Body Connection, and Motivational Interviewing to offer comprehensive mental health support.
